Antonio Quiming

Affectionately known as "Master Q," is the Founder and Head Instructor of Q's Taekwondo.

• 8th degree Black Belt Grandmaster

• Been teaching for over 48 years

• Trained in other martial arts including Tangsoodo, Gyoshinjitsudu, Kajukenbo, and Escrima

• Served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force

• Retired Campus Safety Officer with Sumner School District for over 24 years .

• Married to wife Bonnie for 47 years with four children and five grandchildren.

Douglas Coleman

Instructor

• 6th degree Black Belt Master

• Been teaching for over 26 years

• Trained in other martial arts including Isshinryu Karate and Escrima

• Served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force

• Married to wife Sonya for 30 years with three children

Tamarynn Prok

Instructor

• 5th degree Black Belt

• Has been studying Taekwondo with Master Q (Dad) since she was 4 years old

• Tammy is married to Romeo and has two children

• 2002 Nationals Gold Medalist and Jr. Olympian Champion
